Posting for posting's sake

the river of posting genius is again running a bit dry. He's an email that i just sent to one of my professors:
Hi!
How has the year been going so far? I just wanted to let you know that I am still rearin' to help out in the lab. I miss school and learning terribly, and I feel so lost! I want to write, and research, and learn like the rest of the kids at school!!! Let me know if there's anything i can do to help!
